After every performance, you'll find you need to send the watch back to normal time. We call this process "reset" within the NKTW app and there are a few ways you can do this.
Reset from the home screen
From the home screen, simply tap the reset button. The button will fade and become impossible to tap once the watch is set to normal time. This is a quick and simple way to confirm the watch is on normal time from within the app.
We also chose to keep the phone's time in view at the top of the screen on iPhone and most Android devices. You can compare the time in the app and the time on your phone and the same for added confidence.
Reset from Solo: Swipes mode
To reset the watch to normal time from Solo: Swipes mode, double tap the screen and then tap and press for three seconds. You will feel a long vibrate to confirm the watch has received the command to reset.

Reset from Solo: Calculator Mode
To reset the watch to normal time from Solo: Calculator mode, simply press and hold the "C" cancel button on the calculator for three seconds. You will feel a long vibrate to confirm the watch has received the command to reset.
My watch isn't going to the correct time, what's up?
We recommend ensuring you are resetting the watch using one of the three methods described above.
Then, try sending 12:00 to the watch (That's up, up, up, up, up, up).

My watch isn't moving at all when I use Solo: Swipes, what's up?
