My watch isn't going to the correct time, what's up?

We recommend ensuring you are swiping correctly to begin with. You can learn how to use Solo: Swipes via the tutorial on in the learn section of the app.

Then, try sending 12:00 to the watch (That's up, up, up, up, up, up).

If the watch is not sent to 12:00, you may need to calibrate your watch. You can learn how to do this here.

My watch isn't moving at all when I use Solo: Swipes, what's up?

That's odd. Be sure that you are not in "force-time" by confirming the second hand is ticking - if it's not, press the crown once to return to normal time. For more connectivity troubleshooting, check this connectivity article.
